(August 30, 2010)Although Strathardle results have yet to be received for Piping, the league leaders have changed in both the Highland Safaris Heavyweight league and in the Dancing league.
Stuart Anderson now leads Pete Hart by 1 point after their head to head competition at Strathardle. Meanwhile Lorne, David jnr, and dad David Colthart took 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively over-all at Birnam making David jnr 3rd in the League as well as leading Junior.
As with the Heavies, the dancers have all to play for in their last two Games of the season. Injury kept Jillian Kennedy from adding to her total in the Dancing league and she has been over-taken by Lyndsey Douglas. As there are few points of a difference between the first four, the order could change again.
Junior piping is still being led by Connor Sinclair who looks in an unassailable position for the £150 first prize.
